Two full-sized beds instead of queen!!! Shower size significantly smaller than advertised!!! Broken TV leading to unnecessary complaints!!! Electrical issues with wall outlets affecting device use!!! Dimly lit rooms making it difficult to function!!!

On our recent stay, we felt welcomed right from the start. The lobby had a nice, spacious feel, making check-in smooth. Our room was clean and clearly well-maintained, which was a great relief. I appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room for snacks and drinks. The outdoor picnic area was a nice touch and perfect for some relaxation after a long day. However, we faced a major issue with housekeeping. Throughout our 7-day stay, the room was only serviced twice, even after multiple requests. This left us having to deal with our own trash. It really took away from the overall experience. The breakfast had a decent variety but felt basic and not as appealing as I’d hoped. There were also some minor inconveniences, like the pull-out couch being a bit uncomfortable for the kids. Despite these hiccups, we did enjoy our time and the staff were generally accommodating. I would consider staying here again but would hope for improvements in housekeeping and breakfast quality.

Wi-fi was fast and we loved the outdoor pool. Minor issue with the laundry room.

Perfectly located for walking to local restaurants and entertainment, with clean rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. The availability of fresh seasonal fruits at breakfast was a delightful touch. Unfortunately, the shower size was significantly smaller than expected, and there were issues with the TV, which required intervention to resolve. The beds lacked comfort, diminishing the overall quality of the stay.

During my stay, the pool offered a refreshing break, perfect after exploring. I appreciated the room's amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator. Minor issues arose with lighting, yet the overall ambiance and attention to detail made for a memorable visit. I enjoyed my time here.

Not what we expected

We were excited to stay, but it wasn't great. The guy at the front was super rude about our group size and made us feel unwelcome. Also, the breakfast wasn't anything to rave about. On a good note, we enjoyed the picnic area outside for some fresh air and relaxation. Just a bit disappointed overall.

The breakfast offered a variety of fresh options including delicious pastries and healthy breakfast bowls, catering perfectly to my needs as a business traveler. The pool area provided a refreshing atmosphere after long workdays, and the staff was exceptionally attentive, promptly responding to all requests.
